With a terrace offering wonderful views over the small medieval town of Oppede le Vieux, this restaurant is situated in a great location.
Chef Salvatore Davi offers a modern twist on French classic cuisine, offering only fresh ingredients sourced from local producers such as honey, olives, pork from Ventoux or goat cheese. The menu changes according to the seasons and to what is on offer at the market.
They also serve aperitifs, with an extensive wine list and savoury platters, and even crepes, freshly squeezed juices, and tea.
Open every day for lunch and dinner except Tuesday evening and Wednesday all day.
