The building itself has been protected as a historic monument since 1979 and is worth the journey just for that, let alone the art works inside.
Originally built in 1756 for Charles Joseph Campredon it now houses bot a hotel and the Art Centre of Campredon. They host various temporary exhibitions throughout the year of painting, multimedia, sculpture, performance and contemporary art. The centre also hosts art workshops which you can join by booking in advance.
