Night time light shows projected onto the Pont Du Gard all summer
Every night from mid May to mid September, the Pont du Gard gets lit up in a spectacular fashion. Entry from19:30.
A sight not to be missed, the Pont du Gard is still worth a visit in the day time as well as the evenings. To enter as a family, it only costs 18€ for up to 5 people and includes access to the entire site. This includes the Pont du Gard itself, the remains of the aqueduct, access to the museum and to the Ludo area, the Mémoires de Garrigue, open air walks, temporary exhibitions, free events, 7 km of carefully maintained walking areas, picnic spaces and more…
The Pont du Gard is located between Remoulins (RN 100) and Vers-Pont du Gard (D 81). It is recommended that you travel by car, as the event will run late and train times may not be as regular.
By car: From the A9 motorway, take exit 23 at Remoulins towards Uzès, then follow the signs to the right or left banks. Location: Nîmes is 27 km away, Avignon is 21 km away.
By train: Nîmes and Avignon train stations are served by the TGV. The Paris–Nîmes TGV train, which has been running since June 2001, takes 2 hours 50 minutes.
