This castle was first built in 1550 by Baron Jean-Louis-Nicolas de Bouliers and parts of its huge walls and intricately carved stonework still survives to this day.

Sadly the castle was mostly destroyed in the Revolution, but what remains is still worth the drive to go and see. A visit should take you around an hour.

Free parking is available just opposite the castle.
